γ-Rays- and EMS-induced leaf mutants in mung bean (Vigna radiata (L) Wilczek)

A few pentafoliate and tetrafoliate mutants were isolated from the γ-rays and EMS-treated M2 population. These mutants showed a significant increase in dry matter production, total chlorophyll contents and yield compared to their parents in M2 and M3 generations.
