Zusammenfassung:Le défi du pluralisme religieux. Les « limites » de la vérité chrétienne. Les notes de la vérité chrétienne. Dialogue et mission. Religious pluralism is a positive challenge insofar as it offers theology a stimulus to overcome an absolutistic and exclusivistic conception of truth as well as an « inclusivistic » vision of other religions. Besides, the Christian experience includes within it certain principles of limitation and relativization: the Word is not « exhausted » in Scripture which needs to he continuously made explicit; Christianity does not totalize religious truths present in history; the humanity of Jesus does not « consume » the richness of the eternal Word, nor does it totally reveal the invisible God. Moreover, Christian truth belongs to the order of witness and it refer sone to a fullness that is still hidden; it has an eschatological dimension because of which it points beyond itself; and lastly it possesses a « relational » character on account of which it always constitutes an appeal to dialogue and conversion.
