Magnetic Field Analysis of Matrix-Rotor Induction Motor Using Parallel Computing System

In this paper, a matrix-rotor induction motor is analyzed using the 3-D finite element method on a parallel computing system composed of 8 PCs. The static and the dynamic characteristics of the motor are numerically clarified.
