Zusammenfassung:Raman scattering spectra peculiarities observed by isofrequency method in the range of diffuse phase transition in monocrystalline Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 (NBT) and Ba 0.14 (Na 0.5 Bi 05 ) 0.86 TiO 3 (NBTB) are reported. Temperature dependencies of nonelastic light scattering intensity at the fixed frequency shifts (isofrequency dependencies) obtained on those compounds demonstrate essentially different behaviour. The isofrequency dependencies registered in NBTB have irregular behaviour and are characterised by the presence of small but distinct peaks. Nature of observed anomalies is discussed.
