Zusammenfassung:	The Kock pouch is a well-known standard technique for continent urinary diversion. If incontinence occurs, it is mostly related to insufficiency of the efferent nipple valve. We present the rare case of a young woman with a Kock pouch suffering from urine loss caused by a large cystoid in the left ovary leading to compression of the pouch and destabilization of the nipple.
