Zusammenfassung:	Discrete-time versions of the continuous-time genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with SUM regulatory functions are formulated and studied in this letter. Sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the global exponential stability of the discrete-time GRNs with delays. An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.
