Zusammenfassung:Hematoporhyrin derivate (HPD) is used as photosensitizer for the photodynamic therapy (PDT) of cancer. The influence of pH value and concentration of a HPD solution on the protonation and aggregation behaviour is discussed in this study with the help of results from different spectroscopic methods (absorption, fluorescence and photoacoustic spectroscopy).
