Zusammenfassung:In order to extend the use of software process improvement programs and to make it independent of organizational features, this work describes the results obtained using a knowledge based model and tool, and proposes a pattern-based solution, using a SPEM (Software Process Engineering Metamodel) exten-sion, in order to improve the efficiency of use of the knowledge-based model proposed.
