Zusammenfassung:	A voice over IP quality monitoring architecture based on the development of the VQuality library is described. VQuality implements the E-model and its extensions for objective voice quality measurement. The library also supports generation of a customized voice quality CDR with extensions that permit transfer of call quality parameters measured over different instants of time, besides interacting with a RADIUS server for data collection. The framework is exemplified in the context of the fone@RNP VoIP service and VoIP clients incorporating the new functionality are shown.
