Zusammenfassung: | The effect of hexachloroplatinic acid (HCPA) on the liquid crystalline phase boundaries of ternary systems containing a nonionic surfactant and water was investigated. The temperature and composition ranges of the liquid crystalline phases were affected dramatically by the presence of HCPA. In particular it was found that the presence of the platinum compound enhanced significantly the stability of the more highly curved phases (I1 micellar cubic and HI phases). |
