Zusammenfassung: | The authors develop an operational simulation model and optimal design software for autorecloser magnetic actuators which do not require complicated finite element modeling and enable the users to simulate the dynamic operation of the magnetic actuators very quickly, conveniently and accurately and to achieve optimal design automatically. The ease of use is aided by a convenient, user friendly graphics user interface (GUI). Compared with the traditional heuristic method and the finite element analysis method, the magnetic actuator optimal design software takes advantage of both whilst avoiding their disadvantages. It is proved that the simulation model and developed software provides an efficient and cost-effective CAD tool for magnetic actuator designers and manufactures alike. |
