Zusammenfassung:The paper describes a time domain algorithm for segmenting voiced speech into quasi-periodical units that correspond to pitch periods. The algorithm uses similarity of adjacent segments and a greedy algorithm for finding minimal path in a graph to segment the speech signal. The experimental results of the algorithm performance are presented. The algorithm’s application to precise pitch estimation is discussed.
