Zusammenfassung: | We report the growth and characterization of improved efficiency wide‐bandgap ZnO/CdS/CuGaSe2 thin‐film solar cells. The CuGaSe2 absorber thickness was intentionally decreased to better match depletion widths indicated by drive‐level capacitance profiling data.
