Zusammenfassung: | Testing seeks to determine whether a component operates correctly or whether a system implements all of the required functionality. The artifacts produced during these activities can become assets if they are carefully designed and implemented. The assets provide opportunities to reduce the overall amount of resources needed for the test process much as product line techniques reduce the effort required for development. Careful planning and the application of statistical techniques can be used to further reduce the percentage of overall project effort devoted to testing. This paper provides an overview of a tutorial on building reusable test assets. |
