Zusammenfassung: | In April 2000, the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Studies at University of Wales Bangor was awarded three years funding to develop the use of information and communication technologies in nurse education. This paper describes how current thinking has been applied in the design of the evaluation strategy for the 'Laptop Learning Project' and summarizes emerging trends in learning evaluation practice. The relative merit of emerging 'best practices' in evaluation is discussed. An outline is given of the dilemmas facing evaluation workers and the changing perceptions of the evaluator's role. |
