Now, as the country at last starts moving towardsestablishing a non-racial society based on a constitution that embodiesequal rights for every person, the need to establish an equitableand effective education system has become a top priority. Thisrequires a transformation process that will necessitate the managementof diversity, and organisational changes within our institutionsof higher education.
