Zusammenfassung:	We have studied the production of {ital D}{sub {ital s}} mesons in the decays of {ital B} mesons at the {Upsilon}(4{ital S}) resonance. We report on the first observation of exclusive {ital B}-meson decays {ital B}{r arrow}{ital D}{sub {ital s}}{sup {minus}}{ital D*}{sup +}, {ital B}{r arrow}{ital D}{sub {ital s}}{sup {minus}}{ital D}{sup +}, and {ital B}{r arrow}{ital D}{sub {ital s}}{sup {minus}}{ital D}{sup 0}. We also present a new measurement of the branching ratio and the momentum spectrum for the inclusive decay {ital B}{r arrow}{ital D}{sub {ital s}X}.
