Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin treatment of a simplified baryon model

We apply the BRST quantization method to the treatment of collective coordinates in a simplified baryon model displaying a breakdown of symmetries. The formalism allows us, in particular, to perform perturbative calculations which are free from infrared divergencies. We obtain the corrections to the ground state energy and to the expectation value of the transition operator.
