Comparison of three-dimensional relativistic scattering equations
A critical comparison of different three-dimensional approximations to the Bethe-Salpeter equation is made. Zusammenfassung: | A critical comparison of different three-dimensional approximations to the Bethe-Salpeter equation is made. The threshold value of the second Born term from different equations is calculated and compared with the relativistic results. Extensive numerical results are presented which indicate that for a purely attractive interaction the threshold value of the second Born term is a good indicator of how well a particular equation approximates the Bethe-Salpeter solution. |
