Zusammenfassung:With the help of a program we developed, based on the finite difference method in the time domain, we have investigated the characteristics of ultra wideband combined antennas in detail. The antennas were developed to radiate bipolar pulses with durations in the range 0.5–3 ns. Data obtained by numerical modeling are compared with the data of experimental studies on antennas and have been used in the synthesis of electromagnetic pulses with maximum field strength.
