Zusammenfassung: | The complex methods of the physicochemical analysis are used to study TlGaTe{sub 2}–Te and TlInTe{sub 2}–Te alloys in which the tellurium solubility region up to 5.0 at % is observed. The temperature dependences of the lattice parameters and the electrical conductivity of TlGaTe{sub 2+x} and TlInTe{sub 2+x} have been studied in different crystallographic directions. The TlGaTe{sub 2+x} and TlInTe{sub 2+x} solid solutions undergo a phase transition at a temperature of 498 K. The transition nature is interpreted. |
