Zusammenfassung:Deposition of nanostructured coatings on the basis of Zr-Y-O was implemented by the pulse magnetron methods. Structural-phase states and morphology of the nanostructured coatings were investigated by TEM, SEM and the high-temperature X-ray method. The method of the high-temperature X-ray diffraction revealed the presence of reversible phase transition of the tetragonal phase to the monoclinic phase, which can ensure stress relaxation and closure of surface cracks.
