Zusammenfassung:With the use of transmission electron microscopy the investigation of defect substructure was carried out in the V-4Ti-4Cr-(C, N, O) alloy with disperse strengthening (by nanoparticles of oxy-carbo-nitride phase) after deformation by active tension at temperatures of 20 and 800 °C. It has been shown that an important feature of plastic deformation is deformation localization with crystal lattice reorientation.
