Zusammenfassung:We discuss the physical basis of how to control changes in basic kinematic parameters of neutrons (energy, velocity, density, etc.) through variation in the current of a coaxial magnetic trap containing neutrons. We present quantitative assessment of possible changes in the parameters by several orders of magnitude and outline potentials and prospects for application of the approach discussed.
