Zusammenfassung:We have successfully fabricated in vitro femtosecond laser micro-incisions inside cornea and--for the first time--inside sclera mildly pre-cleared by a biocompatible and clinically safe (non-toxic) natural agent (replacive refractive index-matching 40%-glucose solution in water), with the tissues taken as fresh cool cuts of human cadaver eyes, and reported on basic operational conditions of the micro-surgical procedures.
