Zusammenfassung:A semi-empirical model of spectrum of X-ray tube was developed for the radiotherapy facility at the A.I. Burnazyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center for radiobiological experiments. The spectrum calculated by a programme EGSnrc was compared with the spectrum of the model. The results of the spectrum computations showed a good concord with the semi-empirical model. Comparison of the calculations of absorbed doses of the photon radiation in heterogeneous tissue phantoms for photon-capture therapy was done.
