Zusammenfassung:Spin tracking of polarized deuterons for a proposed experiment to measure a possible Electric Dipole Moment (EDM) of the deuteron was done by using the codes UAL and SPINK. In the experiment the direction of spin polarization will be frozen using crossed electric and magnetic fields. Systematics, in particular the effects of non-linearities of the lattice on a beam with finite emittance and energy spread, have been extensively simulated and the effect of sextuple corrections to increase the spin coherence time has been studied.
