Zusammenfassung:The paper presents results of study of deformation of heterogeneous structure in copper deformed at intergrainular scale level (L{approx}1-50{mu}m). Formation of heterogeneous structure is re-corded at shock-wave loading with wave intensity {sigma}x>20GPa and at shockless deformation at rate {epsilon} {approx} 106 s-1. Density of the formed periodic structure grows with increase of loading intensity.
