Zusammenfassung:	We are pleased to welcome you to Issue No. 13 of the EU P2P Newsletter, which covers the year 2023 in full including some selected activities from 2022. The European Union's EU P2P (Partner to Partner) Export Control Programme continued furthering cooperation and capacity building activities under all main areas of its activity, namely dual-use and conventional arms trade controls and Arms Trade Treaty implementation. The EU P2P Programme continues delivering technical assistance and promoting cooperation with partner countries and other donors in an unstable geopolitical environment characterised by increasing tensions and armed conflicts.
