Diálogos interculturales latinoamericanos. Hacia una educación superior intercultural

This collective work makes significant and unprecedented contributions to intercultural studies, in general, and intercultural education, in particular. It is a set of studies that offer a very well differentiated Latin American panorama and with comparative contributions that generate lines of future research. For this reason, I believe that it may soon become an important international reference work (GUNTHER DIETZ). It is a very current and relevant work for the Latin American context. It is a commitment to work with, in and from the communities, which is related to one of the objectives sought, which is to understand interculturality from the grassroots. It is an enjoyable read and I consider that it can be a contribution both to continue with the research presented and to generate much more participatory and collaborative methodologies in the field, breaking with the classic Eurocentric object-subject visions. On the other hand, the degree of commitment that can be seen in several chapters can serve as motivation for social scientists who are beginning in the field (ELEDER PIÑEIRO).
