Zusammenfassung: | The output voltage of the fuel cell is relatively low, which is usually lower than the DC bus voltage in the power system of electric vehicles. At the same time, the fuel cell output current and output voltage are significantly inversely proportional to each other, as the output current increases, the output voltage drops significantly. For the purpose of adapting the unstable output voltage characteristics., this paper proposes a non-isolated converter structure. The proposed converter has certain advantages in electrical performance, high voltage gain, low component voltage stress, wide input voltage range, and the structure that the output and input are common ground. In this paper, the working principle is analyzed. The closed-loop control system is designed by building a small-signal model. And a prototype is designed while calculating the device parameters. The experimental results show that the input range of the prototype is 25–60 V. When the rated output voltage is 200 V, the boost ratio can reach 8 times, which meets the requirements of fuel cell vehicles for DC/DC converters. |
