Zusammenfassung:The ring test was conducted in seven laboratories in order to find a substitute for PCP-Na and dimethoate, which are used a reference chemical in the fish acute toxicity test and honeybee acute toxicity test. Copper(II) sulfate and 3,5-dichlorophenol were selected as substitutes for the acute toxicity test of fish, and carbaryl and phenthoate were selected for the honeybee acute toxicity test. Acute toxicity testing of these chemicals were conducted on carp, ricefish, muddy loach and honeybee. The results showed that 48-h $LC_{50}$ values for carp were 0.992~3.024 mg/L of 3,5-dichlorophenol and 0.10~0.312 mg/L of copper(II) sulfate, 48-h $LC_{50}$ values for muddy loach were 0.992~3.024 mg/L of 3,5-dichlorophenol and 0.28~1.094 mg/L of copper(II) sulfate, 48-h $LC_{50}$ values for ricefish were 2.04~2.834 mg/L of 3,5-dichlorophenol and 0.77~1.987 mg/L of copper(II) sulfate, 48-h $LD_{50}$ values for honeybee oral test were $0.185{\sim}0.916{\mu}g$ a.i./bee of carbaryl and $0.168{\sim}0.915{\mu}g$ a.i./bee of phenthoate, 48-h $LD_{50}$ values for honeybee contact test were $0.141{\sim}0.507{\mu}g$ a.i./bee of carbaryl and $0.038{\sim}0.113{\mu}g$ a.i./bee of phenthoate. As a result of examine the toxicity level and the reliability using the test results of each laboratory, 3,5-dichlorophenol and copper(II) sulfate were found to be suitable as a reference chemical for the fish acute toxicity test, and phenthoate was suitable for honeybee acute toxicity test. 담수어류 급성독성시험과 꿀벌 급성독성시험에 사용되는 대조물질 중 사용금지 물질로 지정된 PCP-Na와 dimethoate를 대체할 수 있는 물질을 찾고자 국내 7개 시험기관이 참여하여 ring test를 실시하였다. 대체 가능물질로 담수어류 급성독성시험에 copper(II) sulfate와 3,5-dichlorophenol, 꿀벌 급성독성시험에 carbaryl과 phenthoate를 선정하였다. 선정한 물질을 사용하여 잉어, 미꾸리, 송사리에 대한 급성독성시험과 꿀벌에 대한 급성섭식 및 급성접촉 독성시험을 실시하였다. 시험 결과, 잉어에 대한 48시간 $LC_{50}$값은 3,5-dichlorophenol에서 0.992~3.024 mg/L, Copper(II) sulfate에서 0.10~0.312 mg/L이었고, 미꾸리에 대한 48시간 $LC_{50}$값은 3,5-dichlorophenol에서 1.659~3.200 mg/L, copper(II) sulfate에서 0.28~1.094 mg/L이었으며, 송사리에 대한 48시간 $LC_{50}$값은 3,5-dichlorophenol에서 2.04~2.834 mg/L, copper(II) sulfate에서 0.77~1.987 mg/L이었다. 꿀벌섭식에 대한 48시간 $LD_{50}$값은 carbaryl에서 $0.185{\sim}0.916{\mu}g$ a.i./bee, phenthoate에서 $0.168{\sim}0.915{\mu}g$ a.i./bee이었고, 꿀벌접촉에 대한 48시간 $LD_{50}$값은 carbaryl에서 $0.141{\sim}0.507{\mu}g$ a.i./bee, phenthoate에서 $0.038{\sim}0.113{\mu}g$ a.i./bee로 나타났다. 각 시험기관의 시험결과를 이용하여 독성 수준과 신뢰성을 검토한 결과, 대조물질로 사용 가능한 물질로써 담수어류 급성독성시험에 3,5-dichlorophenol과 copper(II) sulfate, 꿀벌 급성독성시험에 phenthoate가 적합하다고 판단하였다.
