Zusammenfassung:Purpose - This research was to verify the impact of green supply chain motivation, environmental orientation and green supply chain execution on performance to Chinese exporters. Design/Methodology/Approach - A total of 181 questionnaires were used to verify the hypothesis in this paper. Findings - The result suggest that: First, the government’s regulations and client’s demands during the motivation of the green supply chain showed a significant positive impact on the green supply chain management, but the corporate image motivation did not significantly affect the green supply chain management. Second, green supply chain execution has been shown to have a significant positive effect on environmental performance, but has no significant impact on economic performance. Third, environmental orientation has been shown to play a partial role in the government’s regulation, client’s demand and green supply chain execution relationship during the Green Supply Chain motivation. Research Implications - First, it can be seen that the implementation of the enterprise’s green supply chain management is motivated by government regulations and pressure from customers’ needs. Second, the implementation of the green supply chain improves environmental performance because it reduces pollutants or pollutants in the environment, but the cost of initial investment and maintenance does not affect short-term economic performance. Third, the stronger the incentive to manage the green supply chain, the more likely the entity is to implement green supply chain management, while the more motivated it is to seek environmental-oriented behavior and this also improves the implementation of green supply chain management.
