Zusammenfassung: | Chrysanthemum coronarium L. (Compositae) is an annual herb frequently included in the Korean diet because of its fragrant flavor and high nutritional value. C. coronarium has also been used to protect against or remedy constipation and strengthen the spleen and stomach [Song et al., 2003a]. Several constituents have been isolated from C. coronarium, including polyacetylenes [Bohlmann and Fritz, 1979], sesquiterpenoids [Lee et al., 2004a; 2004b], heterocyclic phenolics [Song et al., 2008], monoterpenoids, diterpenoids [Song et al., 2003b], and steroids [Song et al., 2003a]. In our continuing study, TLC experiment detected two compounds not previously reported in the C. coronarium extracts. Successive experiments led to the isolation of two glycerides from the aerial parts of C. coronarium through repeated SiO₂ and ODS CCS. |
