Zusammenfassung: | Krukenberg tumor is not easy to detect during pregnancy. One reason is its rare incidence because of the chronological gap between the reproductive age and the high risk age for gastric cancer. Another reason is the similarity between the typical symptoms of normal pregnancy and the Krukenberg tumor: epigastric discomfort, early satiety, nausea, etc. We report a case of a pregnant woman in her third trimester who presented with chronic back pain and sudden paraplegia.
