백색증 환자의 빛간섭단층촬영 소견 3예

목적 : 백색증 환자의 빛간섭단층촬영 소견을 알아보고자 한다. 대상과 방법 : 안백색증 환자 1명, 안피부백색증 환자 2명을 대상으로 빛간섭단층촬영을 포함한 전반적인 안검사를 시행하였다. 결과 : 빛간섭단층촬영에서 중심와의 함몰을 찾을 수 없었고, 중심와가 전체적으로 두꺼워져 주변 황반부와 차이를 보이지 않아 중심와 저형성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 망막색소상피층 아래에 공막으로 추정되는 층을 볼 수 있었다. 결론 : 백색증 환자의 빛간섭단층촬영에서 중심와 저형성 및 망막색소상피층에서의 측정광의 투과증가를 확인할 수 있었다. Purpose: To report optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings in albinism. Methods: Full ocular examinations, including OCT, were performed in one patient with ocular albinism and two patients with oculocutaneous albinism. Results: OCT scans were unable to detect the foveal depression in these patients. A widespread thickening of the retina occurred throughout the entire fovea, which showed no difference from the surrounding macula. OCT scans also demonstrated probable scleral layer below the retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) layer. Conclusions: OCT scans of albinism patients confirmed foveal hypoplasia and increased transmission of incident light in the RPE layer. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 48(6):854-859, 2007
