좌상엽 전분절과 설상분절 분절폐동맥의 우폐동맥으로부터의 이상 기시: 증례 보고

폐동맥의 이상 기시는 드물게 발생하지만 여러 문헌들에서 보고된 바 있다. 이들 중 가장 잘 알려진 폐동맥 슬링은 좌폐동맥이 우폐동맥으로부터 기시하는 기형으로, 좌폐동맥이 기관과 식도의 사이를 주행함으로써 기도와 식도를 압박하게 된다. 본 논문에서 저자들은 좌폐동맥의 일부가 우폐동맥에서 기시하면서 폐슬링을 동반하지 않은 증례를 경험하여 이를 보고하고자 한다. 이전의 한 보고에서 폐동맥 슬링을 동반하지 않은 좌폐동맥의 이상 기시는 보고된 바 있으나, 일부 좌폐동맥이 우폐동맥으로부터 이상 기시한 경우는 한 건도 보고되지 않았다. Aberrant origins of the pulmonary artery are rare anomalies, but are being reported several times in the world literature. Among them, pulmonary artery sling is the most well known anomaly, which is the left pulmonary artery arising from the right pulmonary artery. In case of pulmonary artery sling, the left pulmonary artery causes compression of the trachea and esophagus while it courses inbetween. In this case, we describe a case on incidentally found aberrant origin of the upper left lobe anterior and superior lingular segmental pulmonary artery without any compressions of the esophagus or trachea. In the world literature, aberrant origins of the left pulmonary artery without pulmonary artery sling was reported at one time, but currently, this is the first case of aberrant origin of the upper left lobe anterior and superior lingular segmental pulmonary artery arising from the right pulmonary artery.
