| Zusammenfassung: | Nasal provocation test (NPT) is a procedure used to evaluate the hyper-responsiveness of nasal mucosa afterexposure to a provocative allergen. We aimed to identify the clinical indication and contra-indication for the useof NPT, and to introduce the actual NPT laboratory protocol in our clinical practice. We also provide clinical in-formation which could be useful in conducting NPT.
