Zusammenfassung:It is now generally accepted that LAK cells and NK cells have significant roles in natural immune surveillance against cancer development. To elucidate the relationship between the LAK cell activity and cancer development and progression, we examined the LAK cell activity in 25 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 30 cases of stomach cancer and 14 adult healthy subjects using in vitro recombinant interleukin-2. LAK cell activies were measured by using 4 hour chromium(⁵¹Cr) release assay against Raji cells. The results were follows. 1. In normal controls, LAK cell activities were 75.6±2.5%.
