Zusammenfassung:Objectives: The purpose of this study was to confirm job satisfaction, job performance, and turnover intention according to dental hygienists’ clinical assistance and preventive work. Methods: The collected data (N=380) were analyzed with independent t-tests and Pearson correlations using SPSS Statistics ver. 21.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA).
