Methods : This retrospective study was performed a by analyzing the medical records of patients treated at Kosin University Gospel Hospital between August 2001 and June 2002. The results were reviewed with respect to the response rates and toxicities of paclitaxel.
Results : The overall response rate was 13.5%" Complete response rate of 2.7% (1 out of 37) and Partial response rate of 10.8% (4 out of 37). The most common toxicity was alopecia and myalgia and dangerous grade IV was pancytopenia was occurred in one patient. However, the patients were tolerated this therapy.
