무안구안구함몰증후군 환자에서 초음파유도하 히알루론산 필러 주입술의 치료 효과

목적: 무안구안구함몰증후군 환자에서 초음파유도하 히알루론산 필러 주입술의 치료 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2011년 10월부터 2017년 9월까지 무안구안구함몰증후군으로 초음파유도하 히알루론산 필러 주입술을 시행 받은 14명(14안) 을 대상으로 그 결과를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 주입술은 초음파유도하에 히알루론산 필러를 구후 또는 안검에 주입하였다. 술 후 3개월째에 깊은 위눈꺼풀고랑의 호전과 환자 만족도에 대한 평가를 하였다. 결과: 히알루론산 필러는 대상자당 평균 1.2 ± 0.4회의 주입술이 시행되었으며, 주입술당 평균 1.14 ± 0.30 mL의 필러를 주입하였다. 주입술 전 깊은 위눈꺼풀고랑 단계는 평균 3.06 ± 0.90점이었으며, 주입술 후 평균 0.20 ± 0.56점으로 유의한 감소를 보였다. 환자의 만족도는 주입술 전 깊은 위눈꺼풀고랑이 심할수록, 주입술 후 깊은 위눈꺼풀고랑의 호전 정도가 클수록 높았다. 결론: 무안구안구함몰증후군에서 히알루론산 필러 주입술은 외래에서 쉽게 시술이 가능하며, 비교적 적은 부작용으로 우수한 결과와 높은 만족도를 보여주었다. 또한 안구함몰이 심할수록 주입술 후 만족도가 높아 안구함몰이 심한 환자에서 교정 방법으로 고려해볼 수 있을 것이다. Purpose: To evaluate the outcomes of ultrasound-guided hyaluronic acid filler injection in anophthalmic enophthalmos syndrome patients. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical records of 14 patients who were diagnosed with anophthalmic enophthalmos syndrome and treated with ultrasound-guided hyaluronic acid filler injection from October 2011 to September 2017. Filler was injected transcutaneous in the retrobulbar area or eyelid under ultrasound guidance and improvement of superior deep sulcus and patient satisfaction after three months of injection were evaluated. Results: The mean number of injections was 1.2 ± 0.4, and 1.14 ± 0.30 mL of hyaluronic acid filler was used for each injection. There was a significant decrease in mean superior deep sulcus grade from 3.06 ± 0.90 before injection to 0.20 ± 0.56 after injection. Patient satisfaction was higher in the severe superior deep sulcus before injection group who showed greater superior deep sulcus improvement. Conclusions: Hyaluronic acid filler injections for patients with anophthalmic enophthalmos syndrome were easy to perform in the outpatient department and showed excellent outcomes. The more severe the enophthalmos, the higher the satisfaction after injection, which showed that hyaluronic acid filler injection was an effective treatment for patients with severe enophthalmos syndrome.
