중소병원 간호사의 소명의식과 직무만족의 관계에서 개인-환경적합성의 매개효과

연구목적: 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 소명의식과 직무만족의 관계에서 개인-환경적합성의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구방법: 서술적 조사연구로서 2018년 3월에 2개의 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사 117명에게 설문지로 자료수집을 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS통계 프로그램(Win 22.0)을 이용하여 상관관계와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 중소병원 간호사의 소명의식, 개인-환경적합성과 직무만족 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 위계적 회귀분석에서는 중소병원 간호사의 직무만족에 대해 소명의식과 개인-환경적합성이 35%의 설명력을 가졌으며, 소명의식과 직무만족에 대해 개인-환경적합성의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 결론: 중소병원 간호사의 소명의식과 개인-환경적합성은 직무만족에 중요한 영향요인이었다. Purpose: This study was done to identify the mediating effect of person-environment fit on the relationships betweencalling and job satisfaction for nurses in small and medium size general hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional surveywas used and data were collected in April 2018. Participants were 117 nurses in two small and medium size generalhospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical multipleregression with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: There were statistically significant positive correlations among calling,person-environment fit, and job satisfaction. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that calling andperson-environment fit explained 35% of job satisfaction. Also, person-environment fit had a total mediating effecton the relationship between calling and job satisfaction. Conclusion: Findings indicate that calling and personenvironmentfit are important factors for job satisfaction of nurses in small and medium size hospitals. KCI Citation Count: 2
