간호사의 외상후성장, 외상사건경험 및 인지정서조절 간 관계

본 연구는 간호사의 외상후성장과 외상사건경험, 인지정서조절의 관계를 파악하고 간호사가 경험하는 다양한 외상사건으로 인해 발생될 수 있는 부정적인 영향을 예방하고 외상후성장을 증진시키기 위한기초자료를 제시하기 위해 시도되었다. 충청남도와 경기도 지역에서 연구 참여에 동의한 105명의 간호사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 적응적 인지정서조절이 외상후성장과정적 상관관계가 있었고, 외상후성장에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 적응적 인지정서조절과 임상경력, 직위로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호사들의 외상후성장을 도모할 수 있는 적응적인지정서조절 전략을 포함한 다양한 중재 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Background: The purposes of this study were to identify the relationships among post-traumaticgrowth, trauma experience, cognitive emotion regulation (adoptive and maladoptive) and to determinethe influences on post-traumatic growth in nurses. Methods: The participants were 105 nurses in Chung-Nam and Gyeonggi-do. Some variables relatedto post-traumatic growth, trauma experience, cognitive emotion regulation were measured usingreliable instruments. Results: There showed significant positive relationships of post-traumatic growth with adoptivecognitive emotion regulation. Among predictors, adoptive cognitive emotion regulation, career andposition had statistically significant influence on post-traumatic growth. Conclusions: These results suggest that intervention on post-traumatic growth that targets theadoptive cognitive emotion regulation may be helpful in enhancing post-traumatic growth in nurses.
