Zusammenfassung:The adsorption of 10-deacetylpaclitaxel onto Sylopute was investigated at different initial 10-DAP concentrations, adsorption temperatures, and durations. The Freundlich isotherm model showed good fit to the equilibrium adsorption data. It was found that adsorption capacity increases with increasing temperature and that the adsorption of 10-DAP onto Sylopute is favorable and physical in nature. The obtained kinetic data agree well with the pseudo-second-order model, and the adsorption reaches equilibrium very quickly within 1 min. Thermodynamic parameters revealed the endothermic, irreversible and nonspontaneous nature of adsorption. The isosteric heat of adsorption changes very little as the adsorption capacity increases.
