Zusammenfassung: | This study was conducted to monitor the residual pesticides and to assess their risk to human health in agricultural products from wholesale market in Gwangju from 2014 to 2016. A total of 6,445 samples was analyzed and 96 samples in 23 commodities violated maximum residual limits (MRLs) and the rate of detection and violation was 1.5% and 11.4%, respectively. The frequent products that exceeded MRLs were spinach (15 times), crown daisy (9 times), pepper leaf and ssamchu (7 times), dong guai leaf, chwinamul and chinese chives (6 times) etc. Among 120 pesticides tested, 42 pesticides were detected and among them, 29 pesticides were detected over MRLs. The frequently detected pesticides were azoxystrobin (186, 21.4%), dimethomorph (112, 12.9%), boscalid (65, 7.5%), procymidone (62, 7.1%), flufenoxuron (42, 4.8%) etc. The frequently violated pesticides were diazinon (10, 9.7%), chlorpyrifos, diniconazole and procymidone (8, 9.7%), lufenuron (7, 6.8%) in order. Comparing the estimated daily intake (EDI) of pesticides with the acceptable daily intake (ADI) to assess their risk, Hazard Index (%ADI) was 0.00006~15.70909%. Cadusafos in chwinamul showed the highest, 15.70909% and most of pesticides was below 3%. The results meant that although 96 samples violated MRLs they were evaluated as safe level. 본 연구에서는 2014년부터 2016년까지 3년간 광주광역시 도매시장 반입농산물 6,445건을 대상으로 잔류 농약 실태조사와 위해도를 평가하였다. 농산물 732건에서 농약이 검출되어 11.4%의 검출률을 나타냈으며, 부적합률은 1.5%였다. 농산물 23품목에서 96건이 잔류허용기준을 초과하였다. 부적합 빈도가 높은 농산물은 시금치(15회), 쑥갓(9회), 고춧잎과 쌈추(7회), 당귀잎, 취나물, 부추(6회) 순이었다. 분석대상 120종의 농약 중에서 42종의 농약이 검출되었고, 그 중에서 29종의 농약이 잔류허용기준을 초과하였다. 검출빈도가 높은 농약은 Azoxystrobin (186회, 21.4%), Dimethomorph (112회, 12.9%), Boscalid (65회, 7.5%), Procymidone (62회, 7.1%), Flufenoxuron (42회, 4.8%) 순이었다. 부적합 빈도가 가장 높은 농약은 Diazinon (10회, 9.7%)였으며, 그 다음으로 Chlorpyrifos, Diniconazole, Procymidone (8회, 9.7%), Lufenuron (7회, 6.8%)순이었다. 부적합 농약의 위해도를 평가하기 위하여 일일 섭취추정량(EDI)을 일일 섭취허용량(ADI)로 나누어 위해도를 산출하였다. 위해도(Hazard Index)는 0.00006~ 15.70909%로 나타났고, 취나물에서 Cadusafos가 15.70909%로 가장 높은 위해도를 보였다. 그 밖에 대부분의 농산물에서는 잔류 농약의 위해도가 3% 이하로 나타나 매우 안전한 수준으로 판단되었다. |
