Zusammenfassung:Choristoneura fumiferana (Cf-2C1) insect cellswere cultured and immobilized by using cellulosesulfate (NaCS)and polydiallyldimethylammoniumchloride (PDADMAC). Aconcentration of CfMNPV (Choristoneura fumiferana multiplenucleopolyhedrovirus)and a Cf-2C1 cell density in themicrospheres have been achieved at the densities of 1.57×1010 PIBs/ml and 7.5×107 cells/ml, respectively. Additionally,MTT-test was used to measure the viable cell density in themicrospheres, and the confidence of MTT-test was investigatedbefore and after baculovirus infection in the immobilized cellculture.
