Zusammenfassung:Human imunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1)infections are responsible for a substantial number of deathsannually and represent a significant threat to public health.protein is essential in transcription and replication of viralgenes, and is among the early expresion genes involved inthe life cycle of HIV. The virion NC (nucleocapsid) plays animportant role in early mRNA expression and contributes tothe rapid viral replication that ocurs during HIV-1 infection. Therefore, we attempted to elucidate the relationship betweenthe Tat protein and nucleocapsid protein. In a comparison oftwo independently prepared and hybridized samples, flag NC293T cells, and hybridization showed the differences inexpression in each case. Among the microarray results confirmedwith real-time reverse transcriptase assay, twelve genes wereidentified to be involved according to their gene expressionprofiles. Of approximately 8,208 human genes that wereanalyzed, we monitored candidate genes that might have beenrelated to NC and Tat genes from gene expresion profiles.Additionally, the pathways could be viewed and analyzedthrough the use of PathwayStudio software.
