Fast High‐Throughput Screening of Alzheimer's Disease by Direct Apolipoprotein E Genotyping‐based Multichannel Microchip Electrophoresis

The apolipoprotein E polymorphism genes of Alzheimer's disease were detected within 20 s by multichannel microchip electrophoresis after polymerase chain reaction amplification from whole blood without DNA extraction.
