Zusammenfassung:This study analyzes the strategy faced with Korean logistics companies and their fundamental sources into the Chinese market. The Chinese market size has been increased swiftly, the demand of distribution expanded and the importance of logistics industry shows an upward trend. However, Chinese logistics industry has difficulty in standardizing distribution system with problems such as broad land, unregulated market, dispersion of professional distribution companies such as 3PL, small-sized distribution companies, the gap among workers in a distribution industry, the poor distribution management, local government’s protectionism, and failing to meet the strict regulations. Then this study examines the present state and characteristics of logistics markets in China, analyzed market entry strategics. The result of the study presented Korean logistics companies can enter into Chinese logistics market divided with the management side and politic side by the selective strategy. and they can do with IT competitiveness.
